We need you!

Volunteers run our ReStore and make it possible for us to raise the funds we raise. Did you know that through the work of our volunteers we were able to raise over one-half of one million dollars for Habitat For Humanity. We were also able to recycle and keep over 850 tons of materials out of landfills.

We are always looking for a few good men and women to assist with the store operations; volunteers are needed for front end store help, stocking and organizing donations, picking up donations and we even have room if you like to tinker!  

If you love prowling the aisles at the big-box building supply stores, enjoy fixing things, or just want to help recycle building materials while supporting adequate housing, the ReStore needs you!  Sales, display, cleanup of donations, merchandising and all other "jobs" are completely volunteer efforts. The ReStore can use your help. Be part of Blue Water Habitat's premier recycling effort of new and used building materials, tools and appliances. Also needed are volunteers with extensive knowledge in plumbing, electrical, heating/venting, etc. that would be willing to teach staff. Call us at (810) 364-6919 for more information.
