Change in Leadership

I am pleased to introduce our new Interim Director, Kara Geib. Of course, Kara is not new to Blue Water Habitat for Humanity because she has served as the Program Services Director, Operations Director and the Chief Operating Officer. Kara has been actively involved in every aspect of Habitat for the past 6 years. She will overlap with me through the spring and then take the leadership role of Executive Director. I have had the pleasure of working with Kara not only through BWHFH and Werth Productions and Consulting. She is professional, educated, competent, pleasant, approachable and a natural born leader. My connection with Kara dates back to childhood and it is with great confidence that I commend the decision of the BWHFH Board of Directors on their decision.
