Habitat Priority Home Repair addresses substandard housing conditions in St. Clair and Sanilac counties. We partner with low-income homeowners to make exterior and interior home repairs that alleviate critical health, access and safety issues.

Applications accepted from August 1st – September 30th annually for home repairs.

Veteran Home repairs are accepted throughout the year.
